We reserve the right to withdraw, update, or introduce any services at our discretion. Only users who accept these conditions may sell or buy through the DeliverIt platform.


About DeliverIt

DeliverIt is a pick-and-deliver platform that enables local businesses to sell products across the UAE while we facilitate deliveries and charge a small commission. However, DeliverIt only acts as a facilitator, and transactions occur directly between sellers and buyers.

DeliverIt does not manufacture, own, or endorse any listed products. Our role is to ensure the efficient delivery of goods. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Only DeliverIt will provide the delivery of purchased items based on availability and locations. Sellers and buyers must acknowledge that delivery services are exclusively handled by DeliverIt, and external or third-party delivery services are not permitted through the platform.

Eligibility Criteria

For Sellers:

•You must be of legal age to sell products.

•Your business must be legally registered in the UAE.

• A valid UAE trade license is required.

•You must provide bank details and identification for the authorized representative.

For Buyers:

•You must be of legal age to purchase specific products.

•A valid UAE residence address is required for deliveries.

DeliverIt may request additional information when necessary and reserves the right to cancel any registration without prior notice.


Conditions of Using the DeliverIt Platform

Please carefully read the following conditions before using DeliverIt’s e-commerce services:

• You must have a valid DeliverIt seller account and an associated bank account.

• All listed products remain the property of their respective suppliers. DeliverIt’s services are protected under database rights laws.

•Products sold on the platform must be legal. Any violation may result in permanent account suspension.

•Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, including passwords. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported immediately.

User information must not be disclosed to third parties without DeliverIt’s consent.

• Sellers must not upload content promoting illegal activities, gambling, or money laundering.

Prohibited Items Include:

Defamatory, offensive, or illegal products.

• Items that violate Islamic and UAE laws, morals, or ethics.

Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, or hazardous chemicals.

Stolen goods or items with unresolved legal claims.

Defective, counterfeit, or misrepresented products.

• Items unrelated to the seller’s registered business.


Seller Pricing & Fees

DeliverIt charges sellers based on referral fees and fulfillment fees, which are determined based on:

•The category of the product.

• The delivery logistics involved.

Seller Account Suspension Conditions

Sellers may face account suspension due to the following reasons:

Delays in order processing without valid justification.

Manipulation of product pricing.

• Actions that harm DeliverIt’s reputation.


Buyers’ Responsibilities

• Buyers must carefully review product descriptions, labels, warranties, and precautions before making a purchase.

•DeliverIt is not liable for misunderstandings regarding product specifications.

• Buyers and sellers cannot hold DeliverIt responsible for losses, delays, shipping issues, software problems, or damages arising from transactions.


Fraudulent or Suspicious Activities

The following actions will be considered fraudulent and may result in account suspension or legal action:

Failure to respond to DeliverIt’s payment verification emails.

Delay or failure in submitting required documents.

Use of invalid contact details or business information.

Abusive behavior toward delivery personnel.

Returning incorrect items or making false claims.

Using counterfeit currency for cash-on-delivery payments.


Issue Resolution

For any issues related to DeliverIt’s platform, please contact our support team. We will address concerns as promptly as possible.

Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved through legal channels.


Modifications

DeliverIt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately or as specified.
