The User represents that the User has read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy set out below. 

Please note that while using the App for the Services or registering on the App, the User’s name, email address, mailing address, credit card information, or other details may be collected. This information is for the provision of Services seamlessly. This information is used by Deliver It to:

• Personalize User’s experience.
• Improve the App in order to better serve the User.
• Quickly process a User’s transaction.
• Send periodic emails regarding the User’s order or Deliver It’s Services.

The User’s personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via relevant secure technology.

All transactions are processed through a secure gateway provider and are not stored or processed in the App servers. The App maintains certain information about sales transactions in order to complete that transaction and for record keeping purposes only. 

Deliver It and/or the App do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties a User’s personally identifiable information unless an advance notice is provided to the User. Deliver It and/or the App will release a User’s information only if such release is required under law and/or any court/administrative order. 

Deliver It shall take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that User’s data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of User’s personal information shall take place to an organization unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of User’s data and other personal information.

In the event Deliver It is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, the User’s personal information may be transferred. However, Deliver It will provide notice to the User before the User’s personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Deliver It hereby declares that a User’s personal information shall only be retained by Deliver It/App for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy to comply with Deliver It’s legal obligations (as required to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce policies.
