By using Deliverit App UAE, you agree to Terms of Service relevant to you (A user, individual driver or a courier, buyer and seller) included on the following
I. Terms
The Terms set out hereinbelow (the “Terms”) are intended to make the User aware of the User’s rights and obligations with respect to the User’s use of this Website/Application – ‘https://deliverit.ae and any related mobile or software applications (together the “App”) including but not limited to information received by and via the App whether existing now or in the future that is related to the Terms (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are detailed in Article V below.
These Terms are applicable to all the App Users. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and using the App.
By accessing or using the App, the User is agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with DeliverIt and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “DeliverIt”). The User may not use the Services if the User does not accept the Terms or is unable to be bound by the Terms. The use of the App shall be at the User’s own risk.
The User shall first agree to and accept the Terms set out herein prior to using the Services. The User, in any event, is deemed to have accepted the Terms by:
- Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms expressly; or
- In fact using the Services. In this case, the User understands and agrees that DeliverIt will treat the User’s use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms.
II. Definitions
UAE: “UAE” refers to the United Arab Emirates.
AED: “AED” refers to the official currency of the United Arab Emirates ie., UAE Dirhams.
User: “User” refers to a user of the Services available on/by way of the App. A User is someone who accesses or uses the Services.
Content: “Content” shall include (but shall not be limited to) any information, images, photos, audio, video, location data, places, reviews, and all other forms of information or data.
“User Content” means content that the User uploads, shares, or transmits to, through, or in connection with the Services, that the User publicly display.
“DeliverIt Content” means content that DeliverIt creates and makes available in connection with the Services including, but not limited to design, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, compilation, animations, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with the User account and all other elements and components of the Services excluding User Content and Third Party Content.
“Third Party Content” means content that comes from parties other than DeliverIt or Users and is available on the App.
III. Eligibility to use the Services/App and Compliance to Laws
The User hereby represents and warrants that the User is at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and is fully capable and competent to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set out herein.
The User hereby represents that the User is in compliance with all laws and regulations in the UAE when the User accesses and uses the Services. The User agrees to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and in a manner that does not violate DeliverIt’s or any third party’s legal rights, if any.
IV. Amendments/Changes to the Terms
DeliverIt shall have the right to vary, amend, modify, change, or update the Terms herein, from time to time, entirely at its own discretion. The User shall be responsible for checking these Terms from time to time and ensuring continued compliance with these Terms. The User’s use of the App after any such amendment, modification, or change in the Terms shall be deemed as the User’s express and continued acceptance of such amendments, modifications, and/or changes.
V. Services being offered by DeliverIt
DeliverIt through the App allows registered Users to place requests to collect/pick up items, goods, products, brand new or used for the User and DeliverIt to the User and/or an entity nominated/designated by the User by employing the services of a company and/or individual who are also registered through the App and whose services for the collection/pick-up and delivery or any other additional services as set out in the App are preferred/chosen by the User.
However, the User shall not request the pickup, collection, delivery of any items as mentioned in Schedule A hereto. DeliverIt shall not be obliged to pick-up, collect, receive and/or deliver the items mentioned in Schedule A hereto.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the Services which DeliverIt provides, may require effecting certain changes in it from time to time, therefore, DeliverIt reserves the right to suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all Services at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of its contents and Services contained on the App without any prior notice.
The User acknowledges and agrees that if DeliverIt disables access to a User’s account, such User may be prevented from accessing the Services.
By using DeliverIt’s Services, the User agrees to the following disclaimers:
- The Content on these Services is for informational purposes only.
- DeliverIt shall at no time be responsible for the quality/quantity of the items/goods/products delivered by it to, for, and on behalf of the User.
- Unless stated otherwise, all pictures and information contained on the App are believed to be owned by or licensed to DeliverIt. No other party is authorized to reproduce or republish these digital versions in any format whatsoever without the prior written permission of DeliverIt.
- DeliverIt reserves the right to charge subscription and/or membership fees from a User by giving reasonable prior notice in respect of any service or any other aspect of DeliverIt anytime in future.
- DeliverIt disclaims any liability for any information that may have become outdated since the last time the particular piece of information was updated. DeliverIt reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the Content on these Services at any time without prior notice.
VI. Use of Services by User
1. User Account
The User must create an account in order to use some of the features offered by the App. Use of any personal information the User provides on the App during the account creation process is governed by the سياسة الخصوصية as published in the App. The User must keep the User’s UserID and password confidential and the User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the User’s account.
In creating an account, the User represents that all information provided are true, accurate and correct, and that the User will update the User’s information as and when necessary in order to keep it accurate. If any User is creating an account, then such User by creating the account is deemed to represent that the User is the owner or authorized agent to conclude any business through the App.
The User is also responsible for all activities that occur in and through the User’s account. The User agrees to notify DeliverIt immediately of any unauthorized use of the User’s account in order to enable DeliverIt to take necessary corrective action(s). The User also agrees that the User will not allow any third party to use its account for any purpose and that the User will be solely liable for such unauthorized access.
2. Other Terms
The User agrees to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by

- Any applicable law, regulation, generally accepted practices or guidelines, or moral codes in the UAE.
The User agrees to use the data owned by DeliverIt only for the User’s use of the App.
The User agrees not to access any of the Services by any means other than the interface that is provided by DeliverIt unless the User has been specifically allowed to do so by way of a separate agreement with DeliverIt.
The User agrees that the User shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the App. The User shall not delete or revise any material or information posted by any other User(s), shall not engage in spamming, including but not limited to any form of emailing, posting or messaging that is unsolicited.
VII. Content
1. Ownership of DeliverIt Content and Proprietary Rights
DeliverIt is the sole and exclusive copyright owner of the Services and the App Content. DeliverIt exclusively own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world (the “IP Rights”) associated with the Services and DeliverIt Content, which may or may not be protected by copyright, patent, trademark and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws.
The User acknowledges that the DeliverIt Content has been developed, compiled, prepared, selected, and arranged by DeliverIt. The User further acknowledges that the Services may contain information that is designated as confidential by DeliverIt and that the User shall not disclose such information without DeliverIt’s prior written consent.
The User agrees to protect DeliverIt’s proprietary rights in the Services during and after the term of this agreement and to comply with all reasonable written requests made by DeliverIt to protect DeliverIt’s contractual and statutory obligations to third parties. The User acknowledges and agrees that DeliverIt (or DeliverIt’s licensors) owns all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any IP Rights that subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Unless the User has agreed otherwise in writing with DeliverIt, nothing in the Terms gives the User a right to use any of DeliverIt’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
The User agrees not to use any technique to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of DeliverIt or remove, conceal, or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or source identifier, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of any proprietary mark(s). Any infringement shall lead to appropriate legal proceedings against the User at the appropriate forum for seeking all available/possible remedies under applicable laws of UAE.
2. The User’s License to DeliverIt Content
DeliverIt grants the User a limited, nonexclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services only as expressly permitted in these Terms. The User shall not use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Except as otherwise expressly granted to the User in writing, DeliverIt does not grant in favor of the User any other express or implied right or license to the Services, DeliverIt Content, or DeliverIt’s IP Rights.
Any violation by the User of the provision herein may result in the immediate termination of the User’s right to use the Services, as well as potential liability for copyright and other IP Rights infringement(s), depending on the circumstances.
3. DeliverIt’s License to User Content
By submitting User Content, the User hereby irrevocably grants DeliverIt a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable, and transferable license and right to use User Content and all IP Rights therein for any purpose. The User irrevocably waives and causes to waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to User Content brought against DeliverIt or its other Users, any third-party services, and their users.
4. Representations Regarding User Content
The User is solely responsible for the User Content. The User represents and warrants that the User is the sole author of, owns, or otherwise controls all of the rights of the User Content or has been granted explicit permission from the rights holder to submit the User Content. The User further represents and warrants that the User Content was not copied from or based in whole or in part on any other content, work, or App and, that the User Content is truthful and accurate, and the User Content does not violate any of the Terms set out herein and/or any applicable laws.
The User shall assume all risks associated with the User Content, including anyone’s reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability or any disclosure that makes the User personally identifiable. While DeliverIt reserves the right to remove Content, DeliverIt does not control actions or Content posted by Users and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content. The User acknowledges and agrees that Content posted by any User and any and all liability arising from such Content is the sole responsibility of the User who posted the content and not DeliverIt.
5. Content Removal
DeliverIt reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove, block, or disable access to any Content that DeliverIt, for any reason or no reason, considers to be objectionable, in violation of the Terms, or otherwise harmful to the Services or DeliverIt’s Users in DeliverIt’s sole discretion.
VIII. Content Guidelines and Privacy Policy
1. Content Guidelines
The User hereby represents and warrants that the User has fully read, understood, and agreed to DeliverIts guidelines and policies related to Content, which shall be published in the App from time to time.
2. Privacy Policy
The User is bound by the Privacy Policy as published in the App from time to time.
IX. Restrictions on Use
- Without limiting the generality of these Terms, in using the App/Services, the User specifically agrees not to post or transmit any content (including review) or engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion:
- Is illegal or violates any federal, state, or local law or regulation (for example, by disclosing or trading on inside information in violation of securities law);
- Constitutes a form of deceptive advertisement or causes, or is a result of, a conflict of interest;
- Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, indecent, defamatory, discriminatory, vulgar, profane, obscene, libelous, hateful or otherwise objectionable, invasive of another’s privacy, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling;
- Constitutes an inauthentic or knowingly erroneous review;
- Accuses others of illegal activity or describes physical confrontations;
- Is commercial in nature, including but not limited to spam, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, postings or reviews submitted or removed in exchange for payment, postings or reviews submitted or removed by or at the request of the business being reviewed, or other advertising materials;
- Falsely states, misrepresents, or conceals the User’s affiliation with another person or entity;
- Interferes with, disrupts, or destroys the functionality or use of any features of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;
- Accesses without permission our proprietary or confidential records, records of another user, or those of anyone else;
- Violates any contract or fiduciary relationship;
- Collects, accesses, or stores personal information about other users of the Services;
- Harms minors in any way;
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of UAE;
- Attempts to do any of the foregoing; or
- Violate these terms and policies.
- The User acknowledges that DeliverIt has no obligation to monitor any User’s access to or use of the Services for violations of the Terms or to review or edit any Content. However, DeliverIt has the right to do so for the purpose of operating and improving the Services (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support purposes), to ensure a User’s compliance with the Terms and to comply with applicable law/regulation/court & administrative orders.
- The User hereby agrees and undertakes to use the App for lawful purposes only and that it does not violate laws, regulations, ordinances, or other such requirements of any applicable Federal or local government or international law(s).
- Any Content uploaded by a User, if it falls foul of the relevant laws of the UAE, may be disabled or may be subject to investigation under applicable laws. Further, if a User is found to be non-compliant with the applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy of the App, DeliverIt shall have the right to immediately block such User’s access and usage of the App and shall further have the right to take appropriate recourse to such remedies as would be available to it under applicable laws.
X. User Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions, changes, or documents regarding DeliverIt’s existing business (“Feedback”) when provided by the User, the User agrees that
- The Feedback does not contain the confidential, secretive, or proprietary information of third parties,
- DeliverIt is under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to use the Feedback on an unrestricted basis and
- By providing the Feedback, the User grants DeliverIt a binding, non-exclusive, royaltyfree, perpetual, global license to use, modify, develop, publish, distribute and sub-license the Feedback.
Notwithstanding the above, DeliverIt is under no obligation to accept or consider unsolicited ideas from any User and/or third parties.
XI. Advertising
DeliverIt and/or third parties can post advertisements on the App. Any advertisement displayed on the App shall be subject to changes. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by DeliverIt on the Services are subject to change without any specific notice to the User.
DeliverIt shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omission, inaccuracy in advertising material, or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such other advertiser(s) on the App.
XII. Additional Terms and Conditions for Users of the App
Online Ordering
It is the sole responsibility of the User to honor its obligation once an order is placed.
DeliverIt shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on the part of the User including any deficiency in quantity and quality of items /products etc. asked to be pickedup/collected and delivered, wrong delivery of order due to any mistake in the address to which delivery is to be made, time taken to keep the item/product ready for pick up/collection etc.
It is hereby made clear that DeliverIt shall at no time and for no reason be liable for any violation of any Laws or Regulations applicable in the UAE for the collection/pickup/delivery of items and/or products other than where DeliverIt is found/proved to be guilty by a competent court in the UAE.
Charges/Fee
The User agrees that where DeliverIt is undertaking pick-up/collection/delivery of an order, DeliverIt shall charge a fee as mentioned in the App.
All prices listed on the App are correct at the time of publication. Users shall make full payment towards all orders made by them through the secure payment gateway/or cash on the App. All amounts charged to the User by DeliverIt shall be inclusive of applicable taxes.
Users shall make a full payment towards all orders made by them through the secure payment gateway/or cash on the App. In the event the User has provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that the User/or the ultimate customer are unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the Services offered, the User shall not be eligible for any refunds.
DeliverIt will not be responsible for any kind of eFraud cases.
Delivery periods/pickup times quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary due to several factors, such as traffic blocks, accidents, non-adherence to time on the part of the User, etc.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The User is not entitled to cancel an order once DeliverIt has provided its confirmation.
In the event that the User has provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address, etc., or that the User/or the ultimate customer is unresponsive, not reachable, or unavailable for the fulfillment of the Services offered, the User shall not be eligible for any refunds.
In the event if any complaint, with respect to the order, the User will be required to show proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to the User in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in the User’s account based on respective banks policies.
XIII. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
Disclaimer of Warranties
The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided herein are on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that the User’s use of the Services shall be at the User’s sole responsibility and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeliverIt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services contemplated herein.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DeliverIt be liable to a User for any damages resulting from any
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content/Services.
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the User’s access to and use of the Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
- Any viruses or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party.
- Any loss of the User’s data or Content from the Services.
- Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the User’s use of any Content posted.
- The disclosure of information pursuant to the Privacy Policy.
- The User’s failure to keep its password or account details secure and confidential
- Loss or damage which may be incurred by the User.
- delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond DeliverIt’s reasonable control.
In no event shall DeliverIt be liable to the User for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, however, caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss sustained by a User or third party.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold harmless DeliverIt from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by DeliverIt arising as a result of, or in connection with
- The User Content
- The User’s unauthorized use of the Services
- The User’s access to and use of the App/Services
- The User’s violation of any rights of another party
- The User’s breach of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any infringement by the User of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
DeliverIt retains the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay, any and all claims or causes of action which are brought against DeliverIt.
XIV. Termination of the User’s Access to the Services
- The User can delete the User’s account at any time by following the process in the App.
- DeliverIt may terminate the User’s use of the Services and deny the User access to the Services at DeliverIt’s sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to the User’s:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Lack of use of the Services.
Any termination of the User’s access to the Services may be affected without prior notice. The User acknowledges and agrees that DeliverIt may immediately deactivate or delete the User’s account and all related information and/or bar any further access to the User’s account at any time at the sole discretion of DeliverIt without any liability on DeliverIt.
XV. General Terms
1. Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between the User and DeliverIt concerning the Services. No failure or delay by DeliverIt in exercising any right, power, or privilege under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of the Terms, nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right, power, or privilege preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
4. Partnership or Agency
None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the User and DeliverIt, and the User shall have no authority to bind DeliverIt in any form or manner whatsoever.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

Content: “Content” shall include (but not be limited to) any information, images, photos, audio, video, location data, places, reviews, and all other forms of information or data.
“Service Provider Content” means content that the Service Provider uploads, shares, or transmits to, through, or in connection with the Services that the Service Provider publicly displays.
“DeliverIt Content” means content that DeliverIt creates and makes available in connection with the Services, including, but not limited to, design, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, compilation, animations, computer code, products, software, aggregate ratings, reports and other usage-related data in connection with activities associated with the Service Provider account and all other elements and components of the Services excluding Service Provider Content and Third Party Content.
“Third Party Content” means content that comes from parties other than DeliverIt or Service Providers and is available on the App.
III. Eligibility to use the Services/App and Compliance to Laws
The Service Provider hereby represents and warrants that the Service Provider:
- Is of at least 18 years of age and of sound mind.
- Has a valid UAE resident ID, residency visa, and driver’s license as issued by the competent authority in the UAE.
- Has a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the person/entity sponsoring the Service Provider.
- Is using vehicles for Services that have the required permits and licenses as granted by the competent authorities in the UAE.
- Is not convicted of any offenses within or outside of the UAE.
- Is fully capable and competent to understand and agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set out herein.
- Has required documents, as follows;
- Passport copy
- Emirates ID copy
- Driver’s license copy
- Vehicle license copy
- Residence copy
- NOC(no objection certificate)
The Service Provider hereby represents that the Service Provider is in compliance with all laws and regulations in the UAE when the Service Provider accesses and uses the App. The Service Provider agrees to use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law and in a manner that does not violate DeliverIt’s or any third party’s legal rights, if any.
IV. Amendments/Changes to the Terms
DeliverIt shall have the right to vary, amend, modify, change, or update the Terms herein, from time to time, entirely at its own discretion. The Service Provider shall be responsible for checking these Terms occasionally and ensuring continued compliance with these Terms. The Service Provider’s use of the App after any such amendment, modification, or change in the Terms shall be deemed the Service Provider’s express and continued acceptance of such amendments, modifications, and/or changes.
V. Services Being Offered by DeliverIt
DeliverIt, through the App, allows registered Users of the App to place requests to collect/pick up items, goods, and products brand new or used for the User and Deliver it to the User and/or an entity nominated/designated by the User by employing the services of Service Provider who is registered through the App and whose services for the collection/pick-up and delivery or any other additional services as set out in the App are preferred/chosen by the User.
However, the User shall not request, and the Service Provider shall not be obliged to pick up, collect, or deliver any items mentioned in Schedule A. DeliverIt shall not be obliged to pick up, collect, receive, and/or deliver the items mentioned in Schedule A hereto.
The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the Services DeliverIt provides may require certain changes from time to time. Therefore, DeliverIt reserves the right to suspend/cancel or discontinue any or all Services at any time without notice and to make modifications and alterations in any or all of its contents and Services contained on the App without any prior notice.
The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that if DeliverIt restricts access to a Service Provider’s account, such Service Provider may be prevented from accessing the Services.
By using DeliverIt’s Services, the Service Provider agrees to the following disclaimers:
- The Content on the App is for informational purposes only.
- DeliverIt shall at no time be responsible for the quality/quantity of the items/ goods/products delivered by it to, for, and on behalf of the User. The Service Provider shall at all times be responsible for the items/goods or products picked up, collected, and delivered by the Service Provider until the delivery is made to the address designated by the User by/through the App.
- Unless stated otherwise, all pictures and information contained on the App are believed to be owned by or licensed to DeliverIt. No other party is authorized to reproduce or republish these digital versions in any format whatsoever without DeliverIt’s prior written permission.
- DeliverIt reserves the right to charge subscription and/or membership fees to a Service Provider by giving reasonable prior notice in respect of any service or any other aspect of DeliverIt at any time in the future.
- DeliverIt disclaims liability for any information that may have become outdated since the last time it was updated. DeliverIt reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the Content on these Services at any time without prior notice.
VI. Use of App by Service Provider
1. Service Provider Account
The Service Provider must create an account in order to use the App. The use of any personal information the Service Provider provides on the App during the account creation process is governed by the سياسة الخصوصية as published in the App. The Service Provider must keep the Service Provider’s user ID and password confidential, and the Service Provider shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Service Provider’s account.
In creating an account, the Service Provider represents that all information provided is true, accurate, and correct and that the Service Provider will update its information as and when necessary to keep it accurate.
The Service Provider is also responsible for all activities that occur in and through the Service Provider’s account. The Service Provider agrees to notify DeliverIt immediately of any unauthorized use of the Service Provider’s account in order to enable DeliverIt to take necessary corrective action(s). The Service Provider also agrees that the Service Provider will not allow any third party to use its account for any purpose and that the Service Provider will be solely liable for such unauthorized access.
2. Other Terms
The Service Provider agrees to use the App only for purposes that are permitted by
- The Terms
- Any applicable law, regulation, generally accepted practices or guidelines, or moral codes in the UAE.
The Service Provider agrees to use the data owned by DeliverIt only for the Service Provider’s use of the App.
The Service Provider agrees not to access any of the Services by any means other than the interface that is provided by DeliverIt, unless the Service Provider has been specifically allowed to do so, by way of a separate agreement with DeliverIt.
The Service Provider agrees that the Service Provider shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the App. The Service Provider shall not delete or revise any material or information posted by any other Service Provider(s), shall not engage in spamming, including but not limited to any form of emailing, posting or messaging that is unsolicited.
VII. Content
1. Ownership of DeliverIt Content and Proprietary Rights
DeliverIt is the sole and exclusive copyright owner of the App and the App Content. DeliverIt exclusively owns the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world (the “IP Rights”) associated with the Services and DeliverIt Content, which may or may not be protected by copyright, patent, trademark and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws.
The Service Provider acknowledges that the DeliverIt Content has been developed, compiled, prepared, selected, and arranged by DeliverIt. The Service Provider further acknowledges that the App and the Services provided by DeliverIt may contain information that is designated as confidential by DeliverIt and that the Service Provider shall not disclose such information without DeliverIt’s prior written consent.
The Service Provider agrees to protect DeliverIt’s proprietary rights in the Services/App during and after the term of this agreement and to comply with all reasonable written requests made by DeliverIt to protect DeliverIt’s contractual and statutory obligations to third parties. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that DeliverIt (or DeliverIt’s licensors) owns all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the Services/App, including any IP Rights that subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Unless the Service Provider has agreed otherwise in writing with DeliverIt, nothing in the Terms gives the Service Provider a right to use any of DeliverIt’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
The Service Provider agrees not to use any technique to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of DeliverIt or remove, conceal, or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or source identifier, including without limitation, the size, color, location or style of any proprietary mark(s). Any infringement shall lead to appropriate legal proceedings against the Service Provider at a proper forum for seeking all available/possible remedies under applicable laws of UAE.
2. The Service Provider’s License to DeliverIt Content
DeliverIt grants the Service Provider a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services only as expressly permitted in these Terms. The Service Provider shall not use the App for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Except as otherwise expressly granted to the Service Provider in writing, DeliverIt does not grant in favor of the Service Provider any other express or implied right or license to the App, Services, DeliverIt Content, or DeliverIt’s IP Rights.
Any violation by the Service Provider of the provision herein may result in the immediate termination of the Service Provider’s right to use the App, as well as potential liability for copyright and other IP Rights infringement(s), depending on the circumstances.
3. DeliverIt’s License to Service Provider Content
By submitting Service Provider Content, the Service Provider hereby irrevocably grants DeliverIt a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable, and transferable license and right to use Service Provider Content and all IP Rights therein for any purpose. The Service Provider irrevocably waives, and causes to waive, any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution concerning Service Provider Content brought against DeliverIt or its other Service Providers, any third party services, and their Service Providers.
4. Representations Regarding Service Provider Content
The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Service Provider Content. The Service Provider represents and warrants that the Service Provider is the sole author of, owns, or otherwise controls all of the rights of the Service Provider Content or has been granted explicit permission from the rights holder to submit the Service Provider Content. The Service Provider further represents and warrants that the Service Provider Content was not copied from or based in whole or in part on any other content, work, or App; and that the Service Provider Content is truthful and accurate; and that the Service Provider Content does not violate any of the Terms set out herein and/or any applicable laws.
The Service Provider shall assume all risks associated with the Service Provider Content, including anyone’s reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability or any disclosure that makes it personally identifiable. While DeliverIt reserves the right to remove Content, DeliverIt does not control actions or Content posted by Service Providers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that Content posted by any other Service Provider and any and all liability arising from such Content is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider who posted the content, not DeliverIt.
5. Content Removal
DeliverIt reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove, block, or restrict access to any Content that DeliverIt, for any reason or no reason, considers to be objectionable, in violation of the Terms, or otherwise harmful to the Services or DeliverIt’s Service Providers in DeliverIt’s sole discretion.
VIII. Content Guidelines and Privacy Policy
1. Content Guidelines
The Service Provider hereby represents and warrants that it has fully read, understood, and agreed to DeliverIt’s Guidelines and Policies related to Content, which shall be published in the App from time to time.
2. Privacy Policy
The Service Provider is bound by the Privacy Policy as published in the App from time to time.
IX. Restrictions on Use
- Without limiting the generality of these Terms, in using the App/Services, the Service Provider specifically agrees not to post or transmit any content (including review) or engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion:
- Is illegal or violates any federal, state, or local law or regulation (for example, by disclosing or trading on inside information in violation of securities law);
- Constitutes a form of deceptive advertisement or causes, or is a result of, a conflict of interest;
- Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, indecent, defamatory, discriminatory, vulgar, profane, obscene, libelous, hateful or otherwise objectionable, invasive of another’s privacy, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling;
- Constitutes an inauthentic or knowingly erroneous review;
- Accuses others of illegal activity or describes physical confrontations;
- Is commercial in nature, including but not limited to spam, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, postings or reviews submitted or removed in exchange for payment, postings or reviews submitted or removed by or at the request of the business being reviewed, or other advertising materials;
- Falsely states, misrepresents, or conceals the Service Provider’s affiliation with another person or entity;
- Interferes with, disrupts, or destroys the functionality or use of any features of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;
- Accesses without permission our proprietary or confidential records, records of another Service Provider, or those of anyone else;
- Violates any contract or fiduciary relationship;
- Collects, accesses, or stores personal information about other Service Providers of the Services;
- Harms minors in any way;
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of UAE;
- Attempts to do any of the foregoing; or
- Violate these Terms and Policies.
- The Service Provider acknowledges that DeliverIt has no obligation to monitor any Service Provider’s access to or use of the App/Services in violation of the Terms or to review or edit any Content. However, DeliverIt has the right to do so for the purpose of operating and improving the Services (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and customer support purposes), to ensure a Service Provider’s compliance with the Terms and to comply with applicable law/regulation/court & administrative orders.
- The Service Provider hereby agrees and undertakes to use the App for lawful purposes only and that it does not violate laws, regulations, ordinances, or other such requirements of any applicable, Federal or local government or international law(s) in the use of the App/Services.
- Any Content uploaded by a Service Provider, if it falls foul of the relevant laws of the UAE, may be disabled or may be subject to investigation under applicable laws. Further, if a Service Provider is found to be non-compliant with the applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy of the App, DeliverIt shall have the right to immediately block such Service Provider’s access and usage to the App and shall further have the right to take appropriate recourse to such remedies as would be available to it under applicable laws.
X. Service Provider Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions, changes, or documents regarding DeliverIt’s existing business (“Feedback”) when provided by the Service Provider, the Service Provider agrees that
- The Feedback does not contain the confidential, secretive, or proprietary information of third parties,
- DeliverIt is under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to use the Feedback on an unrestricted basis and
- By providing the Feedback, the Service Provider grants DeliverIt a binding, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, global license to use, modify, develop, publish, distribute, and sub-license the Feedback.
Notwithstanding the above, DeliverIt is under no obligation to accept or consider unsolicited ideas from any Service Provider and/or third parties.
XI. Advertising
DeliverIt and/or third parties can post advertisements on the App. Any advertisement displayed on the App shall be subject to changes. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by DeliverIt on the Services are subject to change without any specific notice to the Service Provider.
DeliverIt shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omission, inaccuracy in advertising material, or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such other advertiser(s) on the App.
XII. Additional Terms and Conditions for Service Providers of the App
Online Ordering
It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to honor its obligation once a user places an order and the Service Provider accepts it.
DeliverIt shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on the part of the Service Provider, including any deficiency in quantity and quality of items /products, etc., asked to be picked up/collected and delivered, wrong delivery of the order due to any mistake in the address to which delivery is to be made, time taken to keep the item/product ready for pick up/collection, etc. The Service Provider shall, as required through the App, take and upload to the App photographs of the items, products, and goods collected/picked up while picking up and delivering the same to the User or the User’s designed person/entity.
It is hereby made clear that DeliverIt shall at no time and for no reason be liable for any violation of any Laws or Regulations applicable in the UAE for the collection/pick-up/delivery of items and/or products other than where DeliverIt is found/proved to be guilty by a competent court in the UAE.
Charges/Fee
The Service Provider and DeliverIt agrees that where the Service Provider is undertaking a pick-up/collection/delivery Service, the Service Provider is entitled to a fee to be paid by DeliverIt. DeliverIt shall make such payments to the Service Provider within 10 calendar days of the Service Provider completing the Service to the full satisfaction of the User and/or its designated/nominated entity and in compliance with these Terms.
The service provider will get 75% of the money collected towards the fee/charges for the Services provided/completed by the Service Provider.
In the event of a Service being paid for by way of Cash on Delivery (CoD) by a User to the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall promptly deposit the money collected into a bank account designated by DeliverIt without any deductions or setoffs on the same day, and is not entitled to keep it till the next day unless prior notification to “DeliverIt.”
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Service Provider is not entitled to cancel an order once DeliverIt/ the Service Provider has provided its confirmation.
In the event the User has provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that the User or the ultimate customer are unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the Services offered, DeliverIt shall not be held responsible or liable.
In the event of any complaint with respect to the order/Service provided by the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall be solely responsible for the same.
XIII. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DeliverIt be liable to a Service Provider for any damages resulting from any
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content/Services and/or
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the Service Provider’s access to and use of the Services and/or
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App and/or any and all personal information stored therein and/or
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App and/or
- Any viruses or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party and/or
- Any loss of the Service and/or
- Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the Service Provider’s use of any Content posted and/or
- The disclosure of information pursuant to the Privacy Policy and/or
- The Service Provider’s failure to keep the Service Provider’s password or account details secure and confidential and/or
- Loss or damage which may be incurred by the Service Provider and/or
- Delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond DeliverIt’s reasonable control.
DeliverIt will not be responsible for any kind of eFraud cases. In no event shall DeliverIt be liable to the Service Provider for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, however, caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss sustained by a Service Provider or third party.
Indemnification
The Service Provider agrees to indemnify, keep indemnified, and hold harmless DeliverIt from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by DeliverIt arising as a result of, or in connection with:
- The Service Provider’s Content
- The Service Provider’s unauthorized use of the Services
- The Service Provider’s access to and use of the App/Services
- The Service Provider’s violation of any rights of another party
- The Service Provider’s breach of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any infringement by the Service Provider of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
DeliverIt retains the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay, as well as any and all claims or causes of action that are brought against DeliverIt.
XIV. Termination of the Service Provider’s access to the Services
- The Service Provider can delete the Service Provider’s account at any time by following the process set out in the App.
- DeliverIt may terminate the Service Provider’s use of the Services and deny the Service Provider access to the Services at DeliverIt’s sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to the Service Provider’s
- Violation of these Terms.
- Lack of use of the App.
Any termination of the Service Provider’s access to the App may be affected without prior notice. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that DeliverIt may immediately deactivate or delete the Service Provider’s account and all related information and/or bar any further access to the Service Provider’s account at any time at the sole discretion of DeliverIt without any liability on DeliverIt.
XV. General Terms
1. Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider and DeliverIt concerning the Services. No failure or delay by DeliverIt in exercising any right, power, or privilege under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of the Terms, and nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege.

3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
4. Agency or Partnership
None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the Service Provider and DeliverIt, and the Service Provider shall have no authority to bind DeliverIt in any form or manner whatsoever.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the DeliverIt platform to sell and purchase products across the UAE. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with our policies, which may be updated at any time. DeliverIt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or submitting false information.
We reserve the right to withdraw, update, or introduce any services at our discretion. Users who accept these conditions may sell or buy through the DeliverIt platform.
About DeliverIt
DeliverIt is a pick-and-deliver platform that enables local businesses to sell products across the UAE while we facilitate deliveries and charge a small commission. However, DeliverIt only acts as a facilitator, and transactions occur directly between sellers and buyers.
DeliverIt does not manufacture, own, or endorse any listed products. Our role is to ensure the efficient delivery of goods. We currently do not offer international shipping.
DeliverIt will only deliver the purchased items based on availability and locations. Sellers and buyers must acknowledge that delivery services are exclusively handled by DeliverIt, and external or third-party delivery services are not permitted through the platform.
Return & Warranty Policies
