DeliverIt UAE provides warranty coverage based on the product category and seller warranty policies. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use conditions.

2. Products Covered Under Warranty

  • Electronics & Appliances: Warranty duration varies by brand and seller.
  • Home & Kitchen Equipment: Manufacturer-backed warranties may apply.
  • Automotive Parts & Accessories: Limited warranty may be available for select items.
  • Other Products: Warranty availability depends on the seller’s policy and will be mentioned in the product listing.

3. What Is Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Performance failures under normal use.
  • Hardware malfunctions within the warranty period.
  • Faulty parts or craftsmanship issues.

4. What Is NOT Covered?

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear or scratches.
  • Consumable items (batteries, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products with removed or tampered warranty labels.

5. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Initiate a Warranty Claim: Customers can request a warranty claim via their DeliverIt account, providing purchase details and images of the defect.
  2. Seller or Manufacturer Review: The seller/manufacturer will inspect and approve/reject the claim within 3-5 business days.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If approved, the product will either be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If repair/replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued.

7. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If a product is outside its warranty period, customers may opt for paid repair services offered by the seller or manufacturer. Fees for diagnostics, labor, and parts will be communicated before proceeding with repairs.
